These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.4givencoffee.com and the 4CS – 4given Coffee mobile applications for Android and iOS (collectively, the “Services”), operated by 4given Coffee Shoppe (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.

2. Accounts

To access certain features (ordering, loyalty, subscriptions), you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain the security of your login credentials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our Services are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers integrated via Wix.

4. Mug Club Subscription

The 4CS Mug Club is a yearly subscription billed annually.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger refunds for the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of legal requirement or gross service failure at our discretion.

Monthly Benefits

Any monthly benefits, including free drinks or points issued as part of the subscription:

Are valid only during the applicable month or designated validity period
Do not roll over
May expire if unused

We reserve the right to modify subscription benefits at any time.

5. Loyalty Program (“Beans”)

Participation in our loyalty program is free and voluntary.

Earning Beans

Members may earn Beans based on eligible purchases and actions as defined within the program.

Redemption

Beans may be redeemed for discounts as displayed within the Services.

Expiration

Beans may expire after a period of inactivity or as otherwise defined within the program.

Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify earning rates
Change reward values
Expire Beans
Suspend or terminate the loyalty program at any time

Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in forfeiture of Beans and account termination.

6. Messaging & User Content

Users may upload profile images and send messages within the Services.

You agree not to post or transmit:

Illegal content
Harassing or abusive material
Fraudulent information
Content that violates intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, text, graphics, and design elements are the property of 4given Coffee Shoppe and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

Discontinue services
Perform maintenance
at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4given Coffee Shoppe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
